To receive the highest level of benefits, you must use an HMCC network provider if you live in Johnson or Wyandotte counties in Kansas or Cass, Clay, Jackson, Lafayette, Platte or Ray counties in Missouri.

If you live outside the HMCC PHO service area, you must use the Aetna PPO National Network in order to receive the highest level of benefits. Call (800) 222-9215 to verify your physician participates in the Aetna PPO National Network. To access a directory go to HCA HR Answers, click Benefits: HCA Rewards and search Aetna/Kansas City HMCC PHO (if you are a COBRA participant you can access your account by going to Aetna)
